Late Cancellation
We value your time and ours. To keep things fair for both clients and stylists, late cancellations may incur charges. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us through the booking channels stated in your confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us open the slot for another client who may be waiting.

No show
Our stylists dedicate time and care to prepare for your appointment. Not showing up without notice affects both our team and other clients. If unforeseen circumstances arise, kindly inform us as soon as possible through the appropriate channels. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Refund
At Zig + Zag, we take pride in delivering quality service. As our work is a creative and time-based service, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed. If you have concerns, please raise them during your appointment so we can make adjustments immediately.

As we value you coming to us for your hair needs, we have partnered up with Grey Area Coffee Roasters down the street for your complimentary cup of Black or White coffee! Head down to visit them just around the corner close to 7-eleven, we vouch for their delicious coffee!
Feel free to grab your stylists a cup a coffee too!
Do note that any additional drink requests such as Oat / Soy Milk, Extra Shots, etc... will incur additional charges under the cafe’s discretion and are not covered by us.
